Abstract This paper formally falsifies the Riemann Hypothesis by demonstrating that absolute non-trivial zeros are an asymptotic impossibility within a recursive cosmic superfluid. We redefine the \ (Re (s) =1/2\) stability axis not as a static Euclidean line, but as the Zero-Torque Spine of a non-orientable Möbius-vortex. By identifying Prime Numbers as Linear Resistance Nodes, we provide a mechanical proof for their distribution based on the "Piece of Cake" Principle of Surface Refusal.
