The standard cosmological model attempts to explain the observed profound asymmetry between matter and antimatter through primordial CP violation. Recent theoretical frameworks propose a strictly CPT-symmetric universe where the Big Bang is a topological reflection point, spawning a mirror anti-universe expanding backward in time. This paper proposes a comprehensive topological framework where compact, rotating astrophysical bodies, specifically the ergospheres of Kerr-Newman black holes and the degenerate cores of pulsars, serve as distributed, continuous phase boundaries (domain walls) between these spacetime phases. The work mathematically demonstrates that the expected uniform 511 keV gamma-ray signature of matter-antimatter annihilation is highly redshifted and cryptographically masked by the localized metric parameters of Mass, Spin, and Charge (M, J, Q) of these objects. The boundary is modeled as a continuous scalar field gradient to resolve catastrophic thermodynamic and temporal-shear paradoxes inherent to macroscopic temporal reversal. This is achieved through the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy sink mechanism, the emergence of macroscopic quantum superfluids, and the Kruskal-Szekeres coordinate extension, which geometrically maps forward-time accretion directly to backward-time white hole ejection.
