ABSTRACT This paper introduces Agro-Nexus, an innovative Generative AI-driven digital ecosystem designed to address the critical information gap in the Indian agricultural sector regarding crop health and market price transparency. This research presents an integrated platform leveraging the Google Gemini 1.5 Flash (Generative AI) model for real-time, high-precision crop disease diagnosis through advanced vision capabilities. To empower farmers further, the system integrates the Open Government Data (OGD) Platform for live Mandi analytics and Open-Meteo for localized weather forecasting. Built on a robust React-Flask Architecture with Firebase integration, the platform provides actionable insights to minimize crop loss and optimize market profits. The system utilizes Cloud Firestore for real-time data synchronization and is encapsulated in an Android Application (APK) to ensure field-level accessibility and ease of use for the farming community.
