CSP-0.2 (Cognitive Skill Passport) is an additive update to the CSP-0.1 open standard for describing, verifying, and transferring AI skills across heterogeneous systems. This version introduces the Compatibility Layer, a structured ontology for declaring input/output formats, data categories, and processing capabilities. The layer enables pre-execution validation, improves interoperability, and allows orchestration systems to route tasks based on actual skill compatibility. The document also includes a reference Python validator implementation using JSON Schema, demonstrating how CSP passports can be programmatically verified. Core principle:Skill = Passport + Runtime Behavior Where:- Passport defines immutable identity and requirements- Runtime captures dynamic behavior and performance CSP-0.2 remains fully backward compatible with CSP-0.1. Previous version (CSP-0.1):https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.19639060 This work contributes to the development of a standardized "Internet of Intelligence", where AI skills become portable, verifiable, and composable units.
