Abstract

ABSTRACT Anterior chest wall leiomyoma is an exceptionally rare benign tumor in children. Complete surgical excision with appropriate chest wall reconstruction provides excellent outcomes, and histopathological confirmation including immunohistochemistry is essential to exclude malignancy.
