Abstract

Abstract Traditional productivity metrics are increasingly obsolete in AI-native environments. This paper proposes the Augmented Synergy Index (ASI) to quantify the synergy between human judgment and artificial intelligence. By introducing the Augmented Synergy Quotient (ASQ), we provide a methodology to isolate and measure "Human Value-Add" within automated workflows, ensuring growth is driven by high-leverage collaboration.
