Classical mathematics strictly forbids zero as a divisor, holding that any non-zero number divided by zero is meaningless and 0/0 is an indeterminate form. This rule is logically inconsistent with the singularity of black holes, the theoretical hypothesis of white holes and the temporal-spatial characteristics of zero-dimensional space-time in modern physics. Based on the law of cosmic information conservation, combined with the physical essence of zero-dimensional space-time, the collapse of black hole singularities and the information emission of white holes, this paper proposes the original concept of zero dimensional number. It reconstructs the mathematical logic of two-way information interaction between conventional dimensional space and zero-dimensional space, defines the physical connotation of division by zero and multiplication by zero, resolves the black hole information paradox, and realizes the self-consistency of mathematical operation rules and physical space-time theories. This theory provides a brand-new mathematical perspective for the research of space-time dimension and cosmic information evolution.
