This paper examines the multifaceted problem of youth unemployment in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The aim of the study is to quantify the impact of key macroeconomic indicators, demographic shifts, and higher education system parameters on the youth labor market over a 15-year period. The research methods used were descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and ordinary least squares (OLS) to construct a multiple regression model in the Stata software package. The results demonstrate the high explanatory power of the constructed model (R2=0.71), revealing the critical role Demographic pressure and structural features of the educational process influence unemployment. The conclusions substantiate the need to synchronize the production of specialists with the real needs of the economy.
