This paper applies the POLIS V12 tensional ontology to seven major medical problems. Each condition is reinterpreted as a deviation from the closure condition epsilon = sum Kₘ (2+Kₘ) = 0, and testable therapeutic strategies are derived. Explicit falsification criteria are provided for each application.
