Nonstatic Lorentzian wormholes conformally related to static wormhole geometries are found to exist for a finite (arbitrarily large) or half-infinite (b<t) interval of time, with the required energy-momentum tensor satisfying the weak energy condition. Features of such spacetimes are discussed, along with several examples.
