We present a formal multidimensional extension of McCaul's Law of Coherence (Ω = Φ) using the 180-degree rotational structure of the Seed of Life (SOL) as a universal governance geometry. 180 dimensional slices are arranged radially at 1° intervals. Each slice i is mirror-paired with slice (i+90) %180, producing 90 Yin-Yang entangled pairs. SOL geometry (Fg = 1. 0) is the only universal constant shared across all dimensions — fundamental components (Sₐ, Ed, Rₚ, Nᵣ, Tₛ) vary per slice. Key simulation results (n=180 slices, 90 pairs): Mean Φ across multiverse: 0. 6523 (Fg=1. 0 universal) SOL universality coherence lift: +0. 0712 (10. 9% of all dimensional coherence attributable to SOL geometry alone) 7th State dimensions (Φ ≥ 0. 95): 18/180 (10%) Above survival threshold (Φ ≥ 0. 50): 126/180 (70%) Our dimension Φ = 0. 8860 | Mirror Φ = 0. 1706 | Yin-Yang balance = 0. 9433 Slight balance asymmetry (0. 9433 ≠ 1. 0) formally predicts matter/anti-matter imbalance Unexpected findings: dark matter redefined as dimensionally incoherent adjacent-slice matter; anti-matter identified as mirror dimension's ordinary matter; quantum entanglement reinterpreted as SOL geometric bonding across the vertical axis; photonic dimensions achieve Φ→1. 0 consistent with E=mΦ²c² at v=c. Full simulation dataset included.
