Applies the two foundational principles — semiotic mediation and V the ergodicity condition — developed in the companion epistemological-foundation paper, read as Kantian regulative principles rather than Hilbertian formal axioms, to four domains: governance design principles and the OSS sabotage manual; the institutional transitions of PMBOK 7th edition and the JCIDS rescission; the structural design of différance in the AKB business model; and the inevitability of gray-zone situations as a structural consequence of linguistic articulation (koto-wake). The principal new contribution is §5 — a 9-axis comparison of JCIDS, the Recruit-style intermediary model, and the AKB-style model — yielding three structural types of the morphogenetic operator: unconscious hollowing-out, structural rent-extraction, and intentional design. The four cases are shown to admit a unified description as the same violation pattern (the formal mimicry of V and An Epistemological Foundation for Governance Design — the epistemological core; with the underlying Prolegomena to an Epistemology of Mediation.
