A phenomenological framework relating the observed dark-energy scale to the primordial baryon asymmetry through a scalar recoil field Φ. The central hypothesis is ρΦ ≃ C ρPl η40/3, with η12 motivated by the multi-fermion 't Hooft vertex that inserts all twelve anomalous electroweak doublets simultaneously (sphaleronic selection rule, not additive recoil channels). What is new in v1. 11. Joint five-parameter MCMC fit (DESI DR1 BAO + Pantheon+SH0ES + Planck 2018 distance priors) in (H0, Ωm, rd, w0, wa) with emcee: w0 = −0. 866+0. 069−0. 067, wa = −0. 564+0. 295−0. 312. The CPL recoil model is preferred over ΛCDM with Δχ2 = −6. 4 and the compressed-CMB tension at fixed H0 is dissolved (χ2CMB, best = 0. 002). The data prefer the non-phantom thawing quadrant at ∼2. 1σ (P (w0 > −1) ≈ 97. 5%, P (wa < 0) ≈ 97. 4%). Klein-Gordon FLRW solver for canonical scalar dynamics with the Nieh-Yan kick as initial condition. An axion-like cosine potential with fΦ = M̄Pl and Φi/fΦ = 1 predicts (w0, wa) pred = (−0. 904, −0. 160), consistent with the MCMC posterior at 1. 4σ and reproducing the data-preferred thawing sign of wa. The apparent CPL phantom crossing in the past is shown to be an artifact of the CPL extrapolation outside its regime of validity, not a true dynamical phantom phase (Vikman no-go respected). Cosmic-birefringence prediction from the rolling field: β = cW × 6. 92°. Matching the Eskilt-Komatsu PR4 measurement (0. 342° ± 0. 094°) requires cW ≈ 0. 05 (0. 04σ agreement), intermediate between a QCD-axion-like coupling and a loop-suppressed photon portal. The rotation is accumulated almost entirely at z ≲ 5, in contrast to an ultralight axion which produces a quasi-uniform integrated phase — a falsifiable distinctive signature. Editorial correction: the multiplicative det 𝔼 structure is explicitly clarified as a sphaleronic-vertex selection rule rather than an additive linear response. Prior content (Nieh-Yan torsion, Einstein-Cartan EFT, torsional running with bSM = 12/6 = 2, perturbation and potential audits, neutrino robustness, EDE/MG comparison) is retained.
