Administrative decision theory is considered the most important in the field of administrative law, but with the penetration of the technology sector, which has a positive impact on all aspects of human life, including legal aspects, it has become increasingly applied in the field of public administration, and new lives and relationships that previously did not exist have grown with it. before, which prompted most modern government agencies to begin transferring administrative work from the traditional reality to the electronic reality, to replace paper work, out of awareness of the importance of this development in conducting administrative work in a better way than was the case before, and this was considered an announcement.
