Environmental forensics plays a crucial role in modern pollution control by enabling the precise identification, tracing, and quantification of contaminant sources in complex ecosystems. As urban and industrial landscapes evolve, the ability to accurately attribute pollution to specific actors is essential for both legal accountability and the formulation of sustainable regulatory policies. This paper proposes a comprehensive framework that synergizes advanced Internet of Things (IoT) monitoring, airborne spectrometry, and graph-based data reconstruction to form a robust forensic detection pipeline. Furthermore, this forensic intelligence is coupled with a strategic game-theoretic model to optimize pollution control measures between regulatory bodies and industrial polluters. By bridging the gap between high-resolution environmental sensing and dynamic economic policy, this work provides a scalable, sustainable approach to mitigating anthropogenic environmental degradation.
