The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies has significantly transformed modern educational systems, particularly in the field of English language teaching. This article investigates the effectiveness of AI-based technologies in improving students’ language competence, communicative performance, and independent learning abilities. The study explores how AI-powered educational tools such as intelligent tutoring systems, chatbots, automated assessment platforms, speech recognition applications, and adaptive learning environments contribute to enhancing English language acquisition. The article further discusses the advantages and limitations of integrating AI into English language education and provides recommendations for future research concerning technology-supported language pedagogy in digitally evolving educational environments.
