This article presents a multi-dimensional scientific analysis of the relationship between global education reforms and local pedagogical heritage. The process of globalization directly influences national education systems, creating the need to adapt them to international standards and new pedagogical paradigms. At the same time, the national pedagogical heritage-the philosophy of education, the value system, the teacher-student tradition, and the idea of holistic human development, formed over centuries-constitutes a profound foundation that cannot be replaced by the contemporary educational process. Using Uzbekistan as an example, relevant aspects and practical directions of this process are recommended.
