This deliverable outlines the final discussions on sustainability and exploitation of project's results. This final report includes an overview of pathways to impact emerging from the project activities and how the consortium conveys sustainability actions regarding key concepts such as governance, infrastructure as well as data management and uptake, including cross-cutting security issues.
