This deliverable presents the technical architecture developed within the SUBMERSE project to support largescale fibre-optic sensing using operational telecommunications infrastructure. It describes the sensing technologies deployed, the distributed data architecture used to capture and exchange sensing data, and the governance and security mechanisms implemented to enable responsible scientific use of sensing outputs. The document also summarises deployment experiences across the project sites and identifies practical lessons learned for future sensing deployments on operational telecommunications infrastructure.
