The phase composition, microstructure and ceramic properties of zirconium dioxide containing yttrium oxide (2.5 mol %) and aluminum oxide (10 wt %) depending on the amount of lithium-containing additive were studied. It was found that the introduction of a lithium-containing additive leads to the formation of a lithium aluminate phase and an increase in the content of the monoclinic modification of ZrO2. Sintered materials were obtained at 1450°C, characterized by an open porosity of less than 0.5%.
