From a retroactive data analysis, we obtain the first upper bound on the =2 kaon decay K^+^-^+^+: B (K^+ ^-^+^+) 1. 510^-4. We also discuss K^+^-^+e^+ and =2 decays of D and B mesons. We suggest experiments which can improve our limit and discuss the connection with direct searches for heavy neutrinos in K₂^+ decay.
