The historic environment team at TEP carried out archaeological recording of Gasholder 93 at the Wellington Street Gasholder Station, Peterborough, ahead of planned demolition works. The gasholder was spirally-guided with above-ground tank and was constructed in 1949 by Newton Chambers of Thorncillfe, Sheffield. As well as the gasholder a late 19th century building and modern compressor house were recorded as part of the survey.
