As mainstream formal frameworks in contemporary fundamental physics, fiber bundle theory and gauge field theory have established mature analytical methods for fundamental interactions and field evolution laws, and achieved abundant practical effects in phenomenological fitting and physical model construction. Nevertheless, restricted by their inherent theoretical presuppositions, these two systems are mostly confined to phenomenological description layers, lacking in-depth exploration on primordial spatial generation, endogenous evolution motivation and global closed evolutionary logic. From the perspective of cosmic primordial structure and complete evolutionary logic, this paper firstly sorts out the applicable scope and inherent theoretical boundaries of fiber bundle theory and gauge field theory, and distinguishes observational projection relations between multi-dimensional spaces from essential kinematic relations. Based on kinematic balance deduction and topological stability analysis, this paper illustrates that the cognitive view of high-dimensional structure dominating low-dimensional operation is only limited observational inference, which cannot conform to the overall operating law of cosmic structures. On this basis, this paper systematically constructs a complete primordial physical framework: taking triple coaxial bicone as the uniquely stable primordial geometric form, prime-number topological nodes as indivisible discrete underlying skeletons, and the 55-position distribution system derived from geometric projection as the sole complete closed criterion for cosmic spatial arrangement. The new framework takes primordial perturbation as the initial evolutionary origin and global inertia as the sustaining power, forming a complete logical chain covering spatial origin, structural composition and evolutionary trend. This research can effectively expand the theoretical boundary of existing field theories, supplement the missing links in origin mechanism and evolutionary irreversibility, and establish a more self-consistent and complete unified primordial physical system.
