This work serves as a direct theoretical and logical continuation of the previously published fundamental framework of Resonant Vacuum Architecture (RVA). While the first part established the structural grid topology, this second installment shifts the paradigm toward general physics, unifying macro-, meso-, and micro-scale phenomena under a single mathematical law. We present the finalized, mathematically rigorous formulation of the Unified Scale-Invariant Equation of RVA. By introducing an automated algorithmic operator based on logarithmic quantization ( (D) and (D) ), this updated framework entirely eliminates empirical adjustments and manual overfitting. The equation acts as a discrete spectral generator of reality, deriving the precise rest masses of elementary particles (the electron mass at 0. 5108 MeV), biological master-scales (the 2. 15 nm DNA double helix diameter), and cosmological constants from the intrinsic dynamics of a stationary cubic vacuum lattice (Oₕ). The paper demonstrates that RVA is not merely a high-performance computational tool for Digital Twins and resonant engineering, but a self-contained, effective geometric theory of general physics. In weak fields, it naturally harmonizes with General Relativity while seamlessly resolving the limits of the Standard Model, dark energy paradoxes, and the vacuum catastrophe without invoking free parameters.
