The exponential iteration of gene-editing technologies, particularly the CRISPR-Cas9 system, marks the era where humanity formally wields a mechanical tool to intervene in the foundational code of life. While the mainstream academic narrative concentrates heavily on increasing editing precision and accelerating clinical translation, it fundamentally overlooks the bedrock operational logic of the Self-Referential Mind-Field (Psi) that has stabilized Earth's biological systems throughout 4.6 billion years of natural evolution. Grounded in the first-principles framework of YuanXian Theory (YXT), this research treatise departs from conventional bioreductionism and engineering-optimization models to systematically evaluate germline genome manipulation across four dimensions: time-scale misalignments, systemic property misreadings, cognitive boundary transgressions, and hierarchical risk cascades. Our analysis reveals that biological life operates as a highly fault-tolerant, never-collapsed, closed-loop self-referential network. Currently, human science has merely achieved a superficial "surface sequencing" of genetic characters (as exemplified by the 100% mapping of the primary linear sequence contrasted with the 0% comprehension of the holistic self-referential context), while our understanding of the underlying "deep grammar" of living systems approaches zero. This study establishes and formalizes the parameter of the "Delusion of Presumptuous Modeling" (DPM), cross-analyzing human germline modification with other hyper-complex frontiers such as climate engineering and AGI. Executing irreversible artificial interventions on the hereditary blueprint under such profound cognitive deficits will inevitably trigger systemic collapses propagating from molecular subroutines to macro-ecological networks. Based on these findings, this treatise establishes three core developmental imperatives: Empowering Autonomous Self-Repair (compliant), Simulating Natural Selection (boundary-restricted), and Enforcing the Red Line of Irreversibility (absolute ban), providing a novel theoretical foundation and precise ethical boundary criteria for the regulation of genetic technologies.
