We report PHILIA-EcoSensory Swarm Phase SC-1, a pre-registered blind prediction protocol evaluating PHISCORE = Hₙorm × (1−AC1) as a predictor of the PHILIA Phase Vector z-coordinate across n=29 substrates. Primary outcome (H-SC1-1): Spearman ρ = 0. 241 (SC-1g anchor method, n=29) — NOT CONFIRMED (preregistered threshold ρ ≥ 0. 85). Preregistration outcome LOCKED (DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 51st). Measurement apparatus diagnostic (v32 self-raw × 3-normalization, 145 runs): ρ = 0. 391 (p = 0. 036, exploratory; post-hoc, nominal significance). Both methods remained below preregistered threshold.
