The rapid spread of digitalization and information has introduced new risks for international non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in terms of both employee security and financial resources. This study analyzes the digital vulnerabilities of NGOs, assessing the role of cybersecurity and information security in mitigating risks for employees and financial stability. Compared to private sector organizations, non-profit entities tend to prioritize cyber threats less, which can lead to negative consequences for employee safety and organizational reputation. Through comparative analysis, document examination, and focus group discussions with information technology experts, this research provides a comprehensive evaluation of the digital security risks faced by NGOs.
