Assessment of the development of social and labor relations and social partnership in The Russian Federation in the context of external and internal challenges

The author presents an analysis of the development of social and labor relations in retrospect over a three-year period from 2022 to 2024. The main factors that determined the formation of the social and labor situation are identified, territorial indicators of social and labor conflicts, in particular, industry indicators, are identified and presented. Taking into account the influence of these conditions on the formation of the social and labor situation in the country, the structural and substantive analysis of social and labor conflicts, the author formulated a short-term forecast for the first half of 2025.
