AbstractThis study was an attempt to explore and assess E-mail’s role in the learning process. The analysis of the data supports the hypothesis that E-mail can promote learning by enhancing classroom communication and access to information. The findings presented in this paper can be used as a framework for future research to empirically investigate under a controlled setting the claims made in this study.Keywords: electronic mailtelecommunicationstechnological change
