This research aims to investigate women's entrepreneurial intentions within the scope of entrepreneurial potential theory and theory of planned behaviour. Data were collected from individuals over 18 years old with experience working in the tourism sector in Türkiye. Using the simple random sampling method, data were collected from 318 women through a face-to-face questionnaire between January and February 2024. Structural equation modelling was used in the SmartPLS program for data analysis. The research results indicate that outcome beliefs, the desirability of outcomes, and subjective norms affect perceived entrepreneurial desirability. Subjective norms and entrepreneurial self-efficacy affect perceived entrepreneurial feasibility. Both perceived entrepreneurial desirability and perceived entrepreneurial feasibility influence women's entrepreneurial intentions. Furthermore, socio-demographic discrimination moderates the relationship between perceived entrepreneurial feasibility and women's entrepreneurial intentions. However, socio-demographic discrimination does not moderate the relationship between perceived entrepreneurial desirability and women's entrepreneurial intentions.
