Of all the sectors where Industry 6.0 in healthcare is landing, none has a dilemma as sharp as the medical one: agents can measurably improve diagnosis and coverage, but the cost of an error is human, not accounting. I have been working with public and private health systems in five countries in the region, and the conclusion is always the same: the question is no longer whether clinical agents will enter hospitals and primary care centers, but under what accountability framework. In this article I walk through what is being agentified today, what is in serious planning for 2027-2030, and what three conditions a health system must meet not to be left out of the agentic healthcare economy.
