In the pharmaceutical field, the fierce competitiveness obliges companies to be interested in the approach Lean which is characterized by the reduction of waste and by the active involvement of employees. This paper focuses on the implantation of Lean approach conducted for the improvement of quality control process in the laboratory of a pharmaceutical company in Morocco. The results observed up to date show an improvement in the organization of the work, a reduction in delays, some budgetary gains and an improvement in the satisfaction of the involved personnel.
