The previous three notes established three connected problems: the methodology landscape lacks a topology, methods applied at the wrong system level produce specific and predictable failures, and some contradictions at the architectural level should not be resolved but held. This note introduces the StratoAtlas model as a response — a coordinate system that maps 47 methodologies by system level and action type, documents the zones where each method works, fails, and causes harm, and provides a diagnostic framework for navigating the methodology landscape. Includes an appendix with full viewpoints for eight methods.
