This study replicates and extends the findings of Haire, Ghiselli, and Porter (1966). Organizational attitudes and perceptions of 1,768 managers from 15 Western nations employed by a multinational corporation were surveyed. Cluster analysis found cultural clusters of nations and multivariate statistics found nationality accounted for 52% of the variance in attitudes.
