This addendum formalizes the structural geometry of the magnetic field generated by the Elevated Complex Zero-Gap Core (ECZC) model. Because the core exists as a single, coherent macro-quantum state with complete spatial isotropy, it possesses full \ (SO (3) \) spherical symmetry and completely lacks a preferred rotational axis. Consequently, the core eliminates the classical magnetic dipole configuration, utilizing the Meissner effect to expel magnetic flux uniformly across all \ (4\) steradians. This axisless geometry structurally suppresses polar relativistic jet formation via the Blandford-Znajek mechanism. This framework accounts for anomalously quiet, jet-free compact massive objects while ensuring completely isotropic electromagnetic and gravitational wave emission across the membrane boundary.
