Annotation. Medical workers face combined occupational hazards - infectious agents, physical strain, psycho-emotional overload, and irregular schedules - elevating their morbidity rates above the general population. This retrospective study analyzed sick-leave certificates of Margilon city healthcare workers (2019–2023, n=1,200+) to examine disease structure and its association with work experience. Respiratory diseases ranked first (42%), followed by cardiovascular (18%) and musculoskeletal disorders (16%). Multimorbidity exceeded 60% among workers with over 15 years of service. Targeted preventive programs addressing infection control, ergonomics, and cardiovascular screening are recommended.
