We formulate a minimal open-system matter-sector extension of Causal Memory Gravity (CMG)based on a relational Gorini–Kossakowski–Sudarshan–Lindblad (GKSL) dynamics 13, 14 on theunderlying dynamic Planck network (DPN). We show that this GKSL sector is the Born–Markovreduction of a deeper retarded DPN memory channel, introduce the amplitude-level two-excitationparent theory whose norm is exactly conserved and whose Markov limit recovers the relational GKSLsemigroup (the Born–Markov baseline of the present paper).
