This article explores the theoretical and methodological frameworks essential for improving innovative management activities within higher education institutions through the integration of art management principles. As global academia shifts towards multi-disciplinary management paradigms, traditional top-down administrative architectures fail to address complex institutional demands and cross-cultural competencies. By analyzing the structural components of art management—specifically agility, aesthetic leadership, project-oriented workflows, and creative collaboration—this paper builds a comprehensive methodological approach for transforming modern university governance. The study utilizes systemic modeling, philosophical-pedagogical synthesis, and structural functionalism to establish a robust framework. The results demonstrate that incorporating aesthetic consciousness and decentralized collaborative systems within university hierarchies significantly elevates institutional flexibility, psychological climate, and innovative output. The article provides systematic recommendations for implementing these creative management mechanics within higher educational leadership.
