This paper formulates transport choice as a visibility principle in torsionful twistor geometry. Building on the torsion-sector audit of the preceding paper, it shows that apparent contracted linearity is not a property of a torsion sector alone, but of a torsion sector together with a chosen transport split. The right-handed contracted obstruction is organized into representation-forbidden, hidden-and-recovered, and native-selected quadratic sectors, giving a six-sector visibility classification for vector and tensor torsion components.
