A candidate framework proposing that dark matter phenomenology and cosmic acceleration arise from a single mechanism — vacuum pair-production dynamics ("churn") in the de Sitter background — with no dark-matter particles and zero galactic free parameters. The galactic acceleration law and its interpolation function are derived from a renormalization-group treatment, with the characteristic scale fixed by the cosmological constant Λ. This record contains the main paper (Version 5), eight companion documents with full derivations and analyses, and reproducible Python analysis scripts operating on public SPARC galaxy data.
