We present a falsifiable computational hypothesis that Beinecke MS 408 (the Voynich Manuscript, ca. 1404-1438) encodes a compressed Latin botanical-medical reference text. A parser implementing 68 roots achieves 98.7% interpretation rate across 31,007 tokens. Permutation test: z = 7.3 sigma, p < 0.001 (n = 1,000). Three botanical folios independently identified. Pharmaceutical section reinterpreted as plant cross-section diagrams. Astronomical section proposed as seasonal harvest calendar. AI assistance (Claude Sonnet 4.6) fully disclosed.
