This volume (RLMT) derives the full FRW-generalized Meta-Tension-Field Equation (MTFE) and establishes the cosmological evolution of the tension field σ(ξ,t). Building upon the observational mapping equations introduced in Volume L, we obtain the Cosmic Tension Growth Function Go(z), the fluctuation statistics δσ, and the cosmological reprojection-event rate. These results provide a unified physical origin for early SMBH seeds, baryonic-flow initialization, galaxy angular momentum, early disk/spheroid formation, and large-scale cosmic self-organization. The tension field emerges as a fundamental dynamical component of the Universe, extending and completing the ΛCDM framework. Volume LI forms the theoretical core of the cosmological trilogy (L → LI → LII), establishing the predictive and observationally testable structure of tension-field cosmology.
