Abstract

CIFT-Geometry IV extends the laminar biLayer model (Geometry III, DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 20783981) to a full 3D cortical surface simulation using the fsaverage5 atlas (10, 242 vertices, 71, 682 edges). The cortical field Φ (x) is modulated by an anatomical cortical architecture proxy compatible with myelination gradients Mᵢ (x) = thick (x) ⁻¹ + sulc (x). P8 is confirmed on cortical surface: NT is the unique regime with simultaneously low C1∩C2ₗocal. Results: C1: NT=0. 217, ASD=0. 387, ADHD-c=0. 592, SOC=0. 707.
