This work develops a consistent ontology of life that does not start with biological forms, but with vibrational logic. Its starting point is the modulation of photons in the process space of vision, which demonstrates that perception reads electron patterns. This electron logic leads back to the primordial cell, which arises as a resonant space in which water, CO₂, and membrane structures stabilize atomic vibrational modes. Chloroplasts and mitochondria appear as early pattern power plants that -order photons and electron flows, thus forming the basis for the binary state cloud of DNA. DNA is understood as a doubly binary electron system that stores vibrational patterns and functions as an archive of the primordial cell logic. Viruses and bacteria are described as autonomous pattern entities that possess varying degrees of their own process capability. Evolution appears as a continuous adaptation of these patterns to the possibilities of their respective electron potentials. The work offers a consistent, contradiction-free systems ontology from the photon to the complex organism and describes life as stabilized vibration.
