This technical report describes the progress made in developing the visualisation tools designed by the Barcelona Supercomputing Center in consultation with Fundació Alícia for RELISH. The tools reported here serve the broader aim set out in Work Package 3’s objectives: To build models of mediation between culinary tradition and modern living through historical recipes, connecting food traditions, food culture, storytelling, and education. The two specific tools developed include: a scrollytelling piece to accompany FA’s Living Recipes methodology; and an embedding atlas displaying similarity properties of the collected recipe dataset. The report is a deliverable (D3.6) for the European Union-funded RELISH (Reframing European gastronomy Legacy through Innovation, Sustainability and Heritage) project, which innovates culinary recipes as digital and cultural tools to promote cultural heritage and connect with emerging adults.
