This volume develops the quantum gravitational completion of R-layer Mode Theory (RLMT).It constructs the quantum information geometry of the R-layer, defines R-layer entanglement wedges and generalized RT surfaces, derives modular flow and its chaotic properties, and formulates a non-AdS holographic dictionary.A full bulk reconstruction framework analogous to HKLL is established, together with the R-layer Wheeler–DeWitt equation, quantum extremal surface conditions, and entanglement constraints.Applications to black hole information, Page curves, replica wormholes, and cosmological quantum gravity are presented, completing the holographic and information-theoretic structure of RLMT.
