Mainstream physical theories separate orbital motion, gravitational waves, light speed and black hole jets into independent research domains governed by disparate equations. Relying on the PFUSRC 11-dimensional triple coaxial biconical topological unified system, this paper demonstrates that the four phenomena are cross-scale projections of a single unified mechanism—the motion law of matter and light inside the flow variable field. Rigorous mathematical derivations and four quantifiable, testable predictions are presented with clear functional expressions, numerical ranges and falsification criteria. This framework does not negate observational results of general relativity, but points out that the constant speed of light is merely a low-density, weak-field local approximation extended to a universal axiom without sufficient empirical verification. The paper distinguishes the flow variable field from classical aether, elaborates its flowing and latent dual states, and deduces gravitational gradient relations, gravitational wave propagation rules, variable light speed equations and black hole jet energy formulas from fundamental topological axioms. In the weak-field low-energy limit, the system degenerates into Newtonian gravitation and general relativity, while generating distinguishable observational predictions under extreme high-density cosmic conditions. Multiple astronomical phenomena including M87 black hole jet precession, the fine-structure constant, gravitational wave detection data and Shapiro time delay provide preliminary consistent evidence for the model.
