TMF Consolidated Status Report: Ontology, Derivations, Open Gaps, and Invitation to Specialist Review

This document consolidates the Temporal Measure Framework (TMF), an ontological and mathematical hypothesis developed by Leonas Povilaitis, into a single, status-tagged reference intended for review by specialists in Riemannian geometry, Ricci flow, quantum gravity, and cosmology. Every substantive claim below is tagged accord-ing to its actual epistemic status — definition, standard mathematics, unproven postulate, postulate with a known internal problem, result derived only under stated conditions, or open conjecture — rather than presented uniformly as an established result. This document supersedes the prior TMF v8 contextual prompt in structure and in several specific corrections(Appendix B). It does not resolve any of the open mathematical gaps identified in earlier internal review; it exists precisely so that those gaps are visible, sharply stated, and not obscured by the framework’s own internal audits, which have repeatedly failed to catch them.
