Key Points

  • The aim is to explore the concept of the proton as an informational node and formalize a higher-order informational layer.
  • Developed numerical controls and a validation protocol for the proposed framework.
  • Analyzed protons, neutrons, hydrogen, and deuterons in terms of stabilization and projection.
  • Defined an admissibility layer for configurations that determine stable physical entities.
  • Established that information defines relational configurations within the framework, rather than replacing energy.
  • Proposed neutrinos as carriers of relational difference, distinct from their roles as energy sources or neutron components.
  • Demonstrated closure and non-closure tensors as key components of the validation apparatus, without claiming confirmation of new physics.

Abstract

BKT-A-37Y01 is a mathematical-physical and numerical annex to the PJM-GTWSSF-USC-GTCW research programme, developing the hypothesis of the proton as a stable relational-informational node. The document formalizes the higher-order USC informational layer as an admissibility layer for configurations, not as an energy source, a new particle, or a replacement for the Standard Model. The central thesis is that information does not replace energy or physical fields. Instead, it defines which relational configurations may pass from the formally possible domain to stable nodes observed as physical objects. In this framework, the proton, neutron, hydrogen, and deuteron are analysed as different levels of stabilization and projection, while QCD, QED, the weak sector, and nuclear physics remain the null models. The annex develops the closure tensor, non-closure tensor, tolerance metric, multichannel operator, orthogonal residual, and PASS/FAIL validation protocol. A special role is assigned to the neutrino, not as an energy source or a component of the neutron, but as a candidate carrier of relational difference in the proton-neutron channel. The document does not claim confirmation of new physics. It presents a formal, numerically controlled, and falsifiable apparatus for investigating a candidate higher-order relational-informational layer above the null model. Following the BKA standard, numerical compatibility is not treated as proof of USC, and local residual reduction is not identified with new physics without full covariance, out-of-sample validation, and independent replication.
