This paper proposes a velocity-dependent gravity model, which revises Newtonian gravitational interaction by introducing the dot product of velocity vectors of two particles. The model can explain the flat rotation curve of spiral galaxies without dark matter components. An experimental verification scheme based on particle circular accelerator is designed in this work. The model has a special inclination switch mechanism, which makes the gravitational correction term disappear completely in the solar system, consistent with high-precision astronomical observations.
